In the northwest of Valencia are the neighborhoods of Malvarrosa and Patacona. Due to the misuse of urban planning tools, this area of great economic interest has become an urban island isolated from the rest of the city.
The project addresses the problem by creating landmarks and spaces of interest through Fausto Elio Avenue and uniting the neighborhoods with the city. Turning urban barriers into attracting centers of services capable of energizing neighboring areas.
The project is erected from a 7x7 steel module that can be contracted or expanded throughout the territory according to the citizen's needs.
