Shiva Business was born with the aim of outsourcing the companies purchasing department through a marketplace based on bidding systems that connects customers with needs and specialist, thus optimizing the result of two of the most important operations in organizations: purchases and sales.
Co-founder
Project management: oversee end-to-end process including client acquisition to marketing (branding, WEB & APP design, social media) and sales.
Prioritization and multi-tasking: manage multiple, concurrent processes, and where necessary, strategically prioritize to ensure all deadlines are met.
Regulatory and compliance: tracked and maintained records for all contracts that comply with external regulations.

Milestones
We were finalists in the Collaboration Agreement contest of the Scientific Park of the UV, being able to use the facilities and services of the Scientific Park for one year.
We managed to work for large companies in the automotive sector, official FORD suppliers, such as KH VIVES and TSE Ingenieros. Thanks to us they were able to save 15% on purchases of PPE and cleaning services, among others.
